20.1 The Terms constitute the entire legal agreement between you and Docker and govern your use of the Service (but excluding any Service that Docker makes available to you under a separate written agreement) and fully supersede all prior agreements between you and Docker with respect to the Service. This Docker Subscription Service Agreement (the “Agreement”) is between you and Docker, Inc. (“Docker”) and applies to the Docker Subscription Service (the “Service”). The Terms also apply to all Services or updates to the Service, unless they have expressly different terms. 20.4 You agree that Docker may send you notices, including those regarding changes to the Terms, by email, post or posting on the Service. By providing your email address to Docker, you agree that we may use the email address to send you legally required communications instead of communications by mail. You can send us legal notices to our postal address above or by e-mail to sup[email protected]. “Offering” means the level of service, components, and features that you have selected from the Service Description Offerings described on the Pricing page (Personal, Pro, Team, and Enterprise). Another change concerns the Docker Subscription Service Agreement, which includes important changes for Docker Desktop. You confirm that you are over the age of 13 because the Service is not intended for children under the age of 13. IF YOU ARE 13 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER, BUT UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE, OR IF YOU ARE THE LEGAL AGE OF MAJORITY IN YOUR PLACE OF RESIDENCE, IF THAT JURISDICTION IS OF A HIGHER AGE OF MAJORITY, YOU AGREE TO REVIEW THE TERMS WITH YOUR PARENT OR GUARDIAN TO ENSURE THAT YOU AND YOUR PARENTS OR GUARDIANS UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO THESE TERMS. YOU AGREE THAT YOUR PARENT OR GUARDIAN WILL REVIEW AND AGREE TO THESE TERMS ON YOUR BEHALF. IF YOU ARE A PARENT OR GUARDIAN WHO AGREES TO THE TERMS IN FAVOR OF A CHILD OVER THE AGE OF 13, YOU ACCEPT AND ASSUME FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR THAT CHILD`S USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING ANY FINANCIAL COSTS AND LEGAL LIABILITIES THAT THE CHILD MAY INCUR. 9.1 Docker may provide you with additional content, applications and services offered by third parties (“Third Party Content”).
